▍ ❝ RULE ONE.
I prefer a strong seperation of in character and out of character! My OC and I are not the same person. And I would prefer if my rp partners remain well aware of that and don't blend the two. It causes a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion for the both of us otherwise.▍ ❝ RULE TWO.
More recently, I've been strongly leaning towards discord rp as a preference as it's easier for me to keep up with. However, in game rp is perfectly fine! It just takes some scheduling if anything. However, if discord is also your cup of tea as well, please don't be afraid to ask me for my discord on my bsky or twitter, even! I'm more than happy to pass it out usually. Sage is very well aware of the effect he has on people and that he makes it easy for people to open up to him. Loves to chat and learn about people. Perhaps even their deepest darkest secrets if allowed❝ - NEGATIVE ATTRIBUTES : Sage is a flirtatious man with many secrets that he is unlikely to mention at random. He struggles with the concept of love and despite finding for himself, the viera has regressed due to certain circumstances. If someone confesses to him, he is likely to turn cold and cynical.
Sage is a young man who was born unloved and unwanted by his mother. He was the product of a one night stand between his mother, Ahana, a Thavnairian dancer; and his father, Sacha, a Sharlayan gleaner. Sage's father was unaware of him for most of his life up until recently.During Sage's childhood, he spent a lot of time alone, essentially raising himself. His mother only did the necessities; Food, shelter, and clothing. Growing up this way and seeing how his mom was more attentive towards other men and women gave Sage a skewed perception of love. He preferred to distance himself from such a feeling, instead finding comfort in exploring more physical pleasures in his adult years.Sage's relationship with his mother only became more and more strained until they were completely estranged. The final straw was when Sage finally met his father, only to find out that he wasn't purposefully abandoned by the man like he was initially led to believe.
Some time down the line, Sage does end up finding love in a couple of different ways. In both the romantic sense and the love of a parent. One has unfortunately been lost to him. He currently pours his all into his only son, Ashka. It is noted that the viera himself is a bit more somber and reserved, as if the wrong words could set him into a rant.As of late, Sage has began studying alchemy while also refining his skills in combat that he picked up so that he wouldn't be defenseless. His current combat style is that of Varma Kalai that he uses for both healing and/or damage.When he is not doing that, he can be found idling around Sharlayan or traveling around to different cities; sometimes with his young son Ashka held snug within his arms.

-Is your character from Thavnair/Rad-at-Han? Perhaps they may have seen Sage around the city or maybe even knew him when he was just a young boy running around the city.-Sage once used to work shifts at Mehryde's Meyhane and therefore learned and heard a lot of secrets from drunkards that couldn't hold their tongue under the weight of their alcohol. Perhaps his knowledge can be of some use.-Is your character adept at alchemy? Sage could be of use in that department. Being that he spent a lot of his formative years wandering the streets of Radz-at-han, he found himself learning about the darker secrets of alchemy. Surely the place of its birth has less that savory beginnings.
-Sage is here for a good time and he'll even say as much. For the most part, the viera freely offers himself if promised pleasure. Please don't think of this as an easy route, as Sage is quick and very easy to make bored.-Playdates? Sage has a young son, and naturally as a caring parent, he wants Ashka to grow up as a well rounded and sociable child. So if your character has children, then perhaps they can arrange something.-More recently, if your character is from Sharlayan, they may have passed by Sage toting around various books or even a crate of questionable reagents. Feel free to question him about it! The answer might surprise you.
